Vendor’s employment contribution:-
With regards to the financial reports hereto attached: one of the Vendors worked full-time as an auto-mechanic, and the other Vendor worked part-time in the office. As from this current financial year [2010 / 2011], the part-time Vendor now works full time in the business.
Staff:-
- 3 x full-time motor mechanics.
- 1x part-time independent contractor motor mechanic, who works 1 to 4 days per week – depending on seasonal fluctuations and workshop work-load.
Business hours of operation:-
The Business operates 5 days per week only i.e. Monday to Friday.
Deed of Lease
The W/W.O.F currently holds a lease on the business premises. The First schedule of same identifies the following terms and conditions:
Premises: 31 to 33 Tahi Road.
Commencement Date: 1st August 2008
Term: Five years.
Rights of Renewal: One of 5 years
Renewal Date: 1st August 2013.
Final Expiry Date: 31st July 2018
Rent Review Dates: 1st Aug. 2011, 1st Aug. 2013, and 1st Aug. 2016.

Vendor Assistance
